Youth Climate Change Action Training.
The Youth Climate Change Action Training in Somalia is a comprehensive program aimed at increasing the awareness of the youth on the science of climate change, its causes, impacts, and related issues. The training also sought to enhance the knowledge of participants on various methods and initiatives for addressing climate change, develop their practical skills on community mapping, catalyze youth action for climate protection through the presentation of successful youth initiatives, and provide specific strategies to induce behavioral change and instill a sense of responsibility in the youth to become climate leaders in their localities.
