    Case International is a non-governmental organization that focuses on climate change programs in Somalia. The organization was initially established in 2015 as the Climate Change Alliance Movement, which was a grassroots movement aimed at creating awareness about climate change and its impacts on the environment and livelihoods of communities in Somalia.
  • 2016Small movement alliance

    The organization started as a small movement, but over time, it evolved into a research institution that conducted studies on climate change in Somalia. The research was aimed at providing policymakers and communities with evidence-based information to inform the development of effective climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.
  • 2018Big change

    The organization underwent a significant transformation and was re-branded as Case International. The new name reflected the organization's expanded mandate and its commitment to working on climate change programs nationally. Since then, Case International has been working with communities in Somalia to develop and implement climate change adaptation and mitigation programs. The organization's interventions include promoting sustainable land management practices, building climate-resilient infrastructure, and providing training on climate-smart agriculture..
