Our Accountability Process
As an organization committed to accountability, Case International has implemented several processes and methods to ensure transparency, responsibility, and meet its obligations to stakeholders. These include maintaining accurate financial records, producing regular financial reports that provide transparency on how donor funds are used, and auditing these reports by an independent auditor.
Case International also engages with its stakeholders regularly, through community meetings, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to provide opportunities for stakeholders to share their concerns, opinions, and suggestions. The organization has established clear performance indicators and regularly monitors and evaluates its performance against these indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure it achieves its objectives.
A code of ethics has been developed, communicated to all staff, volunteers, and partners, and guides their behavior and decision-making. In addition, Case International has established a complaints mechanism that enables stakeholders to lodge complaints and provides a clear process for resolving them.
External evaluations of Case International’s programs and operations are also conducted periodically by independent evaluators who can provide objective feedback on the organization’s performance and effectiveness.
These accountability processes and methods have helped build trust and confidence among stakeholders, ensured that Case International operates with integrity and transparency, and achieved its objectives in a responsible and effective manner.
